Vilto works with a limited number of clients each year on journeys and projects that benefit from trusted access, local intelligence, and careful execution. Here is the whole process.

You do not need a finished plan. You may have a destination in mind, a private trip, a family experience, a company retreat, a country you want to understand properly, or a specific overseas situation that needs trusted support.
Start by telling us what you have in mind. One paragraph is enough.

Every request is read personally. We consider the destination, timing, budget, complexity, and the kind of support required — and, just as importantly, whether Vilto can meaningfully improve the outcome.
Not every request is accepted. When something falls outside our scope or would be better handled by another kind of provider, we say so directly rather than taking the work.

If the request is a fit, we set out the structure of the project: what is possible and what is not, the timeline, the service fee, the expected costs, and any considerations worth knowing before you commit.
The goal is clarity at the beginning, not surprises later.

Once the scope is approved, the work begins. Depending on the project this may include itinerary design, local research, trusted provider sourcing, private access, logistics, introductions, retreat planning, or support on the ground.
Each project is built around the client, the destination, and the standard required.

Vilto's role is to make the journey or project feel considered, well-structured, properly executed, and fully supported from beginning to end.
The result should feel personal, intelligent, and difficult to replicate.
Vilto charges a service fee for judgment, design, relationships, and execution. It is quoted per project, agreed in writing before work begins, and separate from the cost of the journey or project itself.
Journeys carry a higher minimum than scoped overseas projects, and complexity moves the figure. We give you the number early, in the first conversation, rather than after you have invested time.
Vilto accepts projects that are legal, ethical, well-scoped, and aligned with our expertise. Where a request touches regulated areas — law, tax, immigration, medical care, investment advice, or security — we work only in coordination with appropriate licensed professionals, where relevant.
We are not a general concierge service. Our work is focused on private international journeys and overseas projects where judgment, access, and execution decide the outcome.
Turning down work that we cannot improve protects the quality of what we do accept, and the trust of the local relationships that make Vilto useful in the first place.
We review each request individually and accept only the projects where Vilto can make a meaningful difference.
