Every request is reviewed for fit, feasibility, ethics, and whether Vilto can meaningfully improve the outcome. Not everything is accepted, and saying so early is part of the service.

Vilto charges a service fee, quoted per journey and separate from the cost of the trip. A minimum applies, and we discuss it openly in the first conversation.

Selective by design

We accept a limited number of journeys and projects each year and decline requests that fall outside our standards, scope, or expertise. That is how the quality of the work and the trust of our local relationships is protected.

Vilto accepts only legal, ethical, well-scoped work. Where a request touches regulated areas — law, tax, immigration, medical care, investment advice, or security — we work only alongside appropriate licensed professionals.
